Payment Terms:
Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Compensation for Public Adjuster services is to be paid from the first dollar of any insurance proceeds received and must be paid in full prior to the disbursement of claim funds toward any repairs associated with this claim.

Late Payment Policy:
A late fee of 1.5% per month (18% annually) will apply to any unpaid balance after the due date. In the event the account is referred to a collection agency or legal counsel for recovery, the client will be responsible for all reasonable costs of collection, including attorney’s fees and court costs.
