Payment Portal

  Payment Terms: Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Compensation for Public Adjuster services is to be paid from the first dollar of any insurance proceeds received and must be paid in full prior to the disbursement of claim funds toward any repairs associated with this claim.

Late Payment Policy: A late fee of 1.5% per month (18% annually) will be applied to any unpaid balance past the due date. If the account is referred to a collection agency or legal counsel for recovery, the client will be responsible for all reasonable costs of collection, including attorney’s fees and court costs.

Please make all payments for services rendered by completing a check payable to Cactus Claim Service LLC. For your convenience, we also accept quick and secure electronic payments via Venmo or Zelle. A QR code is provided for easy payment—to use it, simply open your Venmo or Zelle app, tap the scan option to activate your camera, point it at the QR code, confirm the recipient details, enter the payment amount (and any note if desired), and complete the transaction.
